“Riyadah” signs an exclusive marketing agreement “Burj Al Baraka 2” and “Burj Al Saghir” administrators.

Riyadah al Bunyan real estate development and investment company, one of Salem Balhamar Holding Group companies, signed an agreement with “Burj Al Baraka 2” to raise the occupancy rate of administrative offices in the tower, which extends over an area of about 1140 m2 and consists of 4 floors. To achieve the same goal, the company also signed an agreement with the administrative and commercial “small tower” with an area of about 6600m2, which consists of 10 floors, 3 shops and various administrative spaces, characterized by its unique location on Prince Mohammed bin Fahd Road in Dammam city.
