A strategic partnership was announced to develop and renovate the residential units in the AMEYA Complex in Al-Rawabi district, Al-Khobar, aiming to rehabilitate the units according to modern housing concepts and enhance quality of life. The project includes construction, architectural, and electromechanical works, encompassing the development of infrastructure, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as interior and exterior finishing. The project marks the beginning of a long-term partnership to deliver innovative and sustainable urban solutions, supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 by enhancing real estate asset efficiency and improving quality of life within residential communities.
